Florentis is a software company with unrivalled specialist knowledge in the field of electronic signature technologies. Founded in 2000 to provide consultancy and development services, we have introduced our own range of handwritten signature products. The SignPro range comprises of ready-to-use applications and software development kits that allow paper-based and electronic handwritten signatures to be handled cost-effectively.
In 2004 we became part of the eCom group
. Providing development and
support services, Florentis constitute the principal technical resource for the group, whilst continuing to
develop the SignPro range.

Environmental Policy
Florentis takes its environmental impact seriously. All corporate decisions are made with due regard for the environment and every effort is made to reduce environmental impact of all kinds.
Florentis requires all employees to work in an environmentally considerate manner with a view to minimizing the company's impact on the environment. This includes the following rules to encourage good practice:
Paper waste must be reduced to a minimum by handling all information electronically whenever possible. Printing must be avoided unless absolutely necessary, and in these circumstances double-sided printing should be used.
When electronic versions of trade and technical journals are available these must be used rather than paper versions.
Whenever possible paper must be re-used before being recycled.
Waste materials must be sorted to separate items that can be recycled. All paper, card, glass, tin will be recycled.
Redundant or obsolete electrical items must be re-used or recycled by a suitable organization. In general all such equipment should be stored until there is a sufficient quantity to justify a complete collection.
Recycled paper will used whenever possible
Fair-traded and environmentally sound goods will be sourced whenever possible.
Company travel is to be minimized. Whenever possible electronic communication will be used to eliminate unnecessary journeys. When travel is unavoidable the use of public transport is encouraged.
Florentis will seek to minimize the use of energy in its activities. For example lights and equipment will be switched on only when needed, so long as this does not compromise matters of security.
